The Human Capital Consulting Branch contributes to the overall MRP human resources management program by leading the mission area efforts in support of the Strategic Management of Human Capital initiatives. This includes overall responsibility for execution and policy development on:

  • human capital planning,
  • workforce planning,
  • succession planning,
  • performance management culture and
  • accountability systems.
