We would like to invite APHIS staff and our cooperators to use the CAPIT bulletin board. The bulletin board can be used to post comments, ideas, experiences, and lessons learned. We hope that opening lines of communication such as this will allow APHIS to continue providing quality services to our customers.
While APHIS investigates the possibility of a more formal bulletin board solution we have established an unlisted yahoo bulletin board. You can access this bulletin board at the following web address: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UScapit/
If you do not have one already, you will need to create a yahoo account to use this system. There is no cost for this account. You may choose to be notified by email when ever a new message has been posted, or weekly notification of messages posted to the bulletin board.
We ask that if you have specific questions regarding cooperative agreements that you contact the Agreements Services Center (ASC) or your agreement specialist. You can access the ASC web site.
