Provides guidance to the APHIS, AMS, GIPSA programs, headquarters, public and partner agencies for the administration, management and processing of tort and employee claims, miscellaneous billings, Purchase Card SmartPay 2 Program (Employees Only) , and process all collections for reimbursable agreements, user fees, civil penalties, reimbursable overtime and other miscellaneous receipts.
