Using the Toolkit to Create Your Development Plan.exe

Instructions:

• Double-click the file, "Using the Toolkit to Create Your Development Plan.exe."
• Click "BROWSE" and select "Desktop" as the file destination.
• Click "OK".
• Click "INSTALL" to begin your download.
• After download is complete, go to your Desktop and click on the file.
• Depending on your APHIS location, you may get a security message asking if you are purposely evoking an downloaded executable file. Please click "YES".
• Your Toolkit Tutorial Application should run smoothly from there.

NOTE: Download times will vary depending on connection speeds. Hi-Speed Broadband is recommended.
