Worksite Visits

The APHIS Ergonomics Program provides worksite visits upon request to observe, evaluate, and make appropriate recommendations for job tasks involving activities where employees are currently experiencing and or have previously suffered work-related musculoskeletal discomfort. At the same time, worksite visits are also provided for job tasks where there is an increased risk for injury. Finally, worksite visits are provided for planned and newly created job tasks.

Please complete an Ergonomics Evaluation Request form to schedule a worksite visit. Call 301-436-3175 for more information.
