What is the first step I need to go about acquiring new or more space? |

You must first complete an MRP Form 114 (PDF; 964Kb) (Request for Changes to Space and Field Office and Lease of Facilities) and have it approved. If you have any questions about the specifics, please give us a call.
The cost of space is determined by the amount and classification of space coupled with it's location, tenant buildout, and the term of the lease.
