International Standards Management/NAPPO

The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) has been, and continues to be, administered at the national level by plant quarantine officials whose primary objective is to safeguard plant resources from injurious pests. In the United States , the national plant protection organization is APHIS' Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program.
