User fees are associated with several APHIS activities which are done by customer request, including permits, fines, and reimburseable overtime. Please refer to ePermits or the contact information for MRPBS for information on user fees owed.
Grants and Cooperative Agreements Grants and cooperative agreements are used to establish arrangements with non-federal entities for APHIS to provide technical assistance, goods, or services on a full cost-recovery basis.
Billings and Collections Per government mandate, overdue debts may be paid for by electronic funds transfer. Please refer to the contact information for MRPBS for information on debts or collections outstanding.
