National Preparedness and Incident Coordination Center
Emergency management personnel, livestock or poultry producers, and others may contact the National Preparedness and Incident Coordination Center for a wide range of questions. National Animal Disease Traceability and Veterinary Accreditation Center
Livestock producers, industry representatives, veterinarians, State officials, and others may contact the National Animal Disease Traceability and Veterinary Accreditation Center for guidance on several topics. The Center's staff can help confirm or locate a State or accredited veterinarian, find a Veterinary Services district office, or answer related questions.

Ruminant Health Center
Contact our Ruminant Health Center to reach a team of veterinarians and other animal health professionals with specialized expertise. We're available for questions about diseases that could affect ruminant animals (cattle, bison, sheep, goats, farmed deer), including surveillance to find diseases or other animal health incidents.

The Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB) regulates veterinary biological products that diagnose, prevent, or treat animal diseases. Manufacturers and users of these products may contact the Center for questions about regulatory requirements, inspections, or licensing or to report an adverse event related to the use of a veterinary biologic.

National Veterinary Services Laboratories
Veterinarians, animal health officials, laboratory personnel, and others may contact the National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL) to access a nationwide animal-health diagnostic system. Our services range from single laboratory tests to comprehensive laboratory services covering many pathogens for a suspected disease outbreak.

National Animal Health Laboratory Network
The National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN) is a network of animal disease diagnostic laboratories that provides ongoing disease surveillance, responds quickly to disease events, communicates diagnostic outcomes to decision makers, and has the capability and capacity to meet diagnostic needs during animal disease outbreaks.

National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility
Once fully operational, the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility will be the first U.S. facility to provide maximum biocontainment (biosafety level-4) laboratories that can house large livestock for research and diagnostics of zoonotic diseases. APHIS will run this facility jointly with USDA's Agricultural Research Service.
