Program Delivery Outreach

APHIS’ Program Delivery Outreach is established to develop, improve and increase program delivery outreach efforts to current and potential beneficiaries. The Program ensures that activities/programs conducted or assisted by APHIS are delivered equitably and without discrimination, including persons and organizations who have not traditionally participated in APHIS programs and activities. The Program also ensures internal policies, guidelines, procedures and systems support the fair and equitable delivery of programs and services.
