Employment Outreach

The Employment Outreach Program is coordinated with MRPBS and includes outreach implemented under Title VII, specifically EEOC Management Directive (MD) 715, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Recruitment Plan (FEORP), and the Disabled Veterans Affirmative Action Plan (DVAAP). The mission of Employment Outreach is to develop a Model Civil Rights Organization in collaboration with Human Resources on employment outreach and targeted recruitment activities, and assist managers and recruiters in achieving the diversity objectives outlined in the agency’s mission critical reports.
