On December 31, 2012, APHIS published a final rule requiring all dealers, exhibitors, intermediate, handlers, carriers, research facilities, and other entities regulated by the Agency under the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) to take additional steps to be prepared for potential disaster situations. This is the first time APHIS will be hosting a live, interactive webinar open to the public on a new rule. Please join us for a general overview of the regulation and an opportunity to have your questions about the regulation answered. A recording of the presentation section of the webinar and answers to questions will be posted online for those who canÕt make it to the webinar.
