NVAP Reinstated

How to Have Your Accreditation Reinstated in the National Veterinary Accreditation Program (NVAP)

If you did not renew your accreditation by your assigned accreditation renewal date (ARD) or did not elect to participate (ETP) in the new NVAP by October 1, 2011, your accreditation has expired. Do not perform accredited duties until you receive notification of your reinstatement from APHIS. Veterinarians who perform accredited duties while their accredited status has expired will be subject to such criminal and civil penalties as are provided by the Animal Health Protection Act (7 U.S.C. 8301 et seq .) or other applicable Federal statutes or regulations.

Please select the appropriate link below to have your accreditation reinstated:

I did not renew by my assigned ARD (but received a six-digit National Accreditation Number after February 1, 2010)

I did not elect to participate in the new NVAP by October 1, 2011 (and do not have a new six-digit National Accreditation Number), but now wish to perform accredited duties again.
