Renewal Alert from the National Veterinary Accreditation Program (NVAP)

Accredited veterinarians are now receiving email reminders of their upcoming accreditation renewal dates (ARD). Veterinarians who do not have email addresses on record with the NVAP will be reminded by mail.

You must ensure that the contact information we have for you is current. If your contact information has changed, you must contact the Area Office which oversees the State in which your business address is located as soon as possible.VS Form 1-36A is the form you will need to update your contact information. If you do not renew your accreditation by your ARD, you are no longer authorized by USDA to perform duties which require accreditation. Please see How do I Complete the Renewal Process? for details.
