Proposed Rule and Program Standards Webinar, August 2012
On August 20, 2012, the USDA hosted a webinar that provided an overview of the Proposed Rule and Program Standards for Brucellosis and Bovine Tuberculosis. The presentation described the fundamental concepts underlying the proposed regulations, the content of both the Proposed Rule and the Program Standards, and significant differences from the draft regulatory framework and the rationale for these differences.

Indemnity and Appraisal Calculator Webinars, November 2011
The Proposed Bovine Tuberculosis and Brucellosis Draft Regulatory Framework described a national calculator that may be used in the future to determine the fair market value for animals that are destroyed because of TB or brucellosis.
In November 2011, USDA hosted two webinars that provided more information about the calculator. Additionally, several options for indemnity payments were presented with the opportunity for feedback by participants.
