Be sure to include the veterinarian's name, physical address, phone number,
and Federal Accreditation Number. No more hard copy APHIS 7001

·
Certificates generally
take 24-48 hours to process. Certificates may be mailed in or dropped
off. The endorsed certificates can
be picked up or mailed.
·
If a country's import
requirements for animals or animal products are not listed on the IREGs (APHIS
Web Site), the exporter/veterinarian is responsible for obtaining these requirement
from the importing country.
·
Due to the volume
of export certificates processed by this office, we are not able to check
on the status of certificates submitted to us. Please record the tracking
numbers on both the inbound and outbound airbills. Links to the various
express mail services are in the Live Animal section in order to assist you
in determining the status of your certificates.
